Why We Love Working With Start-ups
We work with a lot of young entrepreneurs and start-ups, and with good reason – we love doing it! They understand more than most that hard work, a great idea, and the drive to succeed against all odds are integral parts of any business venture.
And it’s not just that – here are some more reasons we take on start-up projects:
Passion – Start-ups bring their passion to the work we do, and with it, a level of fun and creativity beyond a traditional project. That level of passion is contagious, and the boost we get when everyone is working on a whole different level recharges us.
Out of the Box Thinking – Start ups tend to think a little differently – fixing a problem that others haven’t noticed yet, or improving something that we already use every day can lead them to some pretty out-of-the-box ideas. Working with them gives us a chance to explore those ideas with them, and explore new ways of thinking as well.
A Creative Outlet – Start-up projects are a wealth of creativity and innovation; a chance to push boundaries and introduce new ideas visually and technically. Working on them allows us to really flex our creative muscles.
We Learn Too – Every project is different, and because we are thinking outside the box, our team is always learning. Start-up projects broaden our horizons and make us explore the digital space, allowing us to apply that learning toward future projects.
Team Spirit – With start-up projects, we get to become part of a new team. The positive start-up attitude leads the way, encouraging us to support one another and cheer each other on.
Problem Solving – The best ideas solve a problem. They can fill a need that hasn’t been filled, or improve upon one they think can be filled better. Their creativity and curiosity is coupled with analytical thinking, keeping their strategies optimistic, and not unrealistic.
“Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can live the rest of your life like most people can’t.” We couldn’t agree more.
